So Wednesday was cross training day. Coincidentally, I do karate for two hours on Mondays & Wednesdays so that worked out well. I led the class on Wednesday - I had us do kata, basics, and then drills with partners.
Thursday I got up at 5am and went out to Clark Kerr track up above Cal Berkeley to meet up with all the Team in Training folks. We did circuit training - run one lap, then do sit-ups, push-ups, & squats. Then repeat 4 times. It was tiring but overall felt good.
Thank goodness that Friday is a rest day.
