So, I ran this morning while in Seattle.  I went down to the waterfront and per the jogging map provided by the hotel, I think I ran for about 2.5 miles (I walked another half mile as well).  Overall it went pretty well.  I haven't really gotten a stitch in my side since the first run.  I think I need to work on my breathing more though.  I have gotten good at carrying water bottles in my hand, though I think I should probably just invest in a holder that I can carry. 
Thursday night I worked out in the hotel's gym - just some weight training  and lots of sit-ups.
Tomorrow is the "Marathon University" being held by Team in Training.  They are going to have people speak to us about nutrition, personal training, clothing, etc.
