Well, Justin got me out this morning to run since I will be spending 6 hours on a plane later today (flying from SFO to Billings, Montana for work). I was out there for 30 minutes, alternating running and walking.
I was fairly sore this morning when I woke up and running morning didn't really help that. I read this great book: The Nonrunner's Marathon Guide for Women: Get Off Your Butt and On with Your Training by Dawn Dias. She says that the soreness never stops. So this will be a fun couple of months. But I think it will be worth it when I cross the finish line.
