So Monday was supposed to be the cross-training day - when I do karate for two hours. However, my left knee was hurting quite a bit (probably from the long run Sunday) so I stayed home and iced and elevated my knee.
Tuesday I should have gotten up and done the buddy run at 5:45am but I didn't. I told myself I would run in the evening, but then ended up going out for drinks with some former co-workers instead. Ah well. I will be good the rest of the week.
