Cross training
Today is  cross training.  I did circuits in the hotel gym again, mostly upper body, then did 100 sit-ups on the exercise ball, and then finished up on the stationary bike for 20 minutes.  While on the bike I got to watch the Red Sox get 3 home runs in their game against the LA Angels which was awesome.  (As a side note, being in Colorado the week the Rockies beat the D'backs, the Padres, and then the Philly's earlier today is awesome!).  I am not feeling as winded as I did on Monday here which is cool.  I fly home tomorrow afternoon - I am going to miss this awesome gym.
